３月１５日に愛知県名古屋市の茶道具商「ながさか」様で、堆朱作品の勉強会が催されました。 講師に堆朱研究で日本中から注目されている徳川美術館の学芸部長の小池富雄先生が講演されました。写真のお菓子は、その勉強会でお茶菓子でおつかいいただきました「佐保姫」です。製は、ねり皮製で中のあんは、黒糖の大島あんでできております。
