写真のお菓子は、9月3日から9月6日まで東京の新宿にございます「京懐石 柿傳」様でおこなわれたお茶会でおつかいいただきました「武蔵野」です。製は、黒糖葛製の葛焼きです。席主の方は、京都の方で、遠くはなれた愛知県一宮市の当店「川村屋賀峯総本店」の和菓子をご注文していただき、たいへん光栄に思い一生懸命作らせていただきました。
